All the icons are color coded to indicate the primary reason for the update.

Brown is a required or mandatory update, usually related to revisions to state law.

Yellow indicates an update driven largely by staff or stakeholder feedback.  The majority of these updates are non-substantive and focused on improving the readability and usability of the LUDO.

Green represents policies or implementation measures adopted during Wasco County 2040 following public feedback.  Many of these updates are optional and will involve additional public discussion.
